FAQ
What does Wagering Requirement mean?
We’re glad you asked! Wagering Requirements (WR) are only relevant when it comes to bonus money. Bonus Money are the funds that we add to your balance either as a Deposit Bonus, ‘sign in’ bonus or winnings from Free Spins.
The Wagering Requirement may differ, so check the individual Terms and Conditions for each promotion, but it is the amount of times the bonus money has to be played through before the bonus money is converted into ‘real’ money which can be withdrawn. Eg. if you get $5 in bonus money and the Wagering Requirement is x10, that means you have to play the bonus money through 10 times, so you have to turnover 5x10 = 50 on the games in the casino.
You should be aware that some games may contribute less than 100% to the WR - the contribution rate of these games can be seen in the General Term and Conditions of use.
What are Free Spins?
Free Spins are little rewards that you either win, earn or we gift to you on a slot game. They work exactly as any other spin on a slot, but you don’t pay for them. We do. So you spin the slot for free and if you get lucky and win on one of those Free Spins then that money is added to your wallet as Bonus Money.
What is a Deposit Bonus?
You’re gonna like this! A Deposit Bonus is a bonus that is triggered by your deposit. The size of the bonus will differ but will usually be tied to the size of the deposit you are making. That means, that if we are offering you a 100% deposit bonus, also referred to as a deposit match bonus, we will be doubling your deposit - so if you deposit $25 then we’ll also add $25 in Bonus Money to your wallet. Every bonus will have a bonus cap which is the max amount of Bonus Money we will add on top of your deposit. Let’s say we’re offering you a 50% deposit bonus up to max $30 and you deposit $50 then we would add 50% of your deposit on top, in this case $25 in Bonus Money, giving you $75 to play with. If however you decided to make a deposit of $100 we would ‘only’ add $30 in Bonus Money to your account balance because that was the max amount of bonus on this offer.
Don’t forget that all Bonus Money comes with a Wagering Requirement.
