5. Duplicate Accounts

5.2. Any returns, winnings or bonuses that you have gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and you undertake to return to us on demand any such amounts which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.

5.4. You shall notify Us without delay upon becoming aware that an unauthorized person (every person, except the Account owner, is unauthorized), was on your account and make sure, that this shall not happen again. It is your responsibility to keep your password and login data safe. If no notice is sent right away, We shall see it as a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may terminate your Account without notice or delay and reclaim any returns, winnings or bonuses on the Account.

6. Multiple accounts per household IP/Subnet

7. Dormant Accounts

7.1. You acknowledge that we may close your Account for inactivity if you do not log into your Account for one year (365 Days) or longer. Any balance left on a closed Account will be lost. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you decide to use. If the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in instalments. Your withdrawals will be processed as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind that some payment options can take up to 5 banking days to process the withdrawal request.
