• Everyone starts at Level 1 and once they have collected enough Loyalty Points they will automatically receive their reward and be entered into Level 2.


• Once you reach Level 2 you can never go below this level again.


• If you do not collect enough Loyalty Points during the time frame set for the level you are on, your progression bar will reset at the end of the time period and you will start over on the level.


• If you collect at least 98% of the required Loyalty Points within the time frame you will trigger the reward but will NOT progress to the next level.


• Any Loyalty Level reward can be triggered multiple times, except for the Level 1 reward which can only be triggered once.


• If you do not have any monetary activity during the time frame allotted to your current loyalty level you will be reset to the level below your current level at the end of the time period (unless your current Level is 2 in which case you will stay on level 2).


• From Level 1-11 you will be leveled up and receive the reward as soon as you collect the required amount of Loyalty Points within the time frame.


• On level 12 your reward will only be triggered at the end of the allotted time frame at which point the Level will also reset as this is the highest level you can achieve.


• Free Spins are only valid on the game they are given on and cannot be exchanged for another game.


• Free Spins are valid for 7 days from the day they are activated/reward is triggered, if they are not played within this time frame they will be forfeited.


• All winnings from Free Spins are considered bonus money and must be wagered 35 times before any remaining funds become withdrawable.
